We wanted to buy a present for my girlfriend that day but didn’t find anything in other stores. Passing buy Rüschenbeck we saw a ring in the window and decided to try it. We went inside just 15 minutes before closure, a very polite and adorable consultant showed us the model we chose and several others to compare. Without any rush, we tried different models and sizes and bought the ring we liked. Best service, very good choice of jewelry.

I went to enquire about a Rolex diver but due to the current supply situation Mr Gössel showed me an alternative, a Tudor Su0026G model, that I really liked and ended up purchasing. I would definitely come back to this shop, hopefully already next time for the Rolex ;)

Impolite staff, basically scanning through the client with the eye-calculator to get an idea if they should speak to you. Guys, your calculator is broken and business - almost broke. With that attitude, I’d better buy the same online and leave that sad empty shop.

The worst Rolex store I've ever been in.
Staff (Asian lady) was rude.
"You can see is all we have."
All the answers were extremely short " No."
Literally no interest or willingness in serving me.
Very unpleasant experience.
