1 star for the hardworking cooks in the kitchen. But, the rest was a disaster. Waitress gave us the tightest table in a hall full of empty tables. Sticky table tops, impolite staff, drinks lacking a steakhouse feel, food which took over 60 mins and cheap quality of food gave me no choice but to give 1 star. Our order was also delivered wrong. For no reason the waitress added to our already a served portion of fries, more fries for extra charge. Schnitzel was served dry, side of salad were a few leaves with balsamic sauce. My order of steak cut into strips was served on a hot potato - never asked for it. As a Family of 4 we left hungry and disappointed.

Very nice place, Staffs are very friendly. You can find also Kids Menu. Prices are not bad in center of Frankfurt. Burgers were very delicious.

Very good food and great service! Do recommend the bbq Burger ???? Do not recommend sitting outside because you can get unexpected things in your food (bird poop).

One of the worst services i have ever experienced. Food quality was unstable. Asked all steaks to be medium rare, but one came out rare and the others unevenly cooked. People who came in after us had finished their food even before our food even came out. We waited for an hour just for the food to come out. With that kind of price point and popularity, they should have uphold a better kind of service. We have complained about the duration but they didn’t even apologize or explain why it was taking so long. We understand the the place is busy but what doesn’t make sense is how a lot of people kept getting their food and drinks first eventhough they arrived much later. It shouldn‘t matter if the place is busy or not, the restaurant itself should have been prepared for it seeing as it is not new to the industry.

One of the worst experience after dining. I was there last Saturday 03.09.2022 with my wife and son. Ordered "Spare Ribs" for myself and a chicken Burger for my wife. My son ate Nachos and pommes. The Nachos came first. It was so dry and lifeless. The ready made packets we get in REWE is far better than that. First disappointment.

Then came my Spare ribs. Not even pleasant to look at. But, I ate 3/4th of it. It was not juicy. So dry and not looking fresh.

Then we came home. On the way, I had FOOD POISONING. My head started spinning so fast. Somehow reached my garage and asked my friend to take me home. As my wife was holding my son. Then came home threw up the whole night the last bit of food and water in the body.

Next morning woke up my body was completely dehydrated. Went to ÄBD care in Höchst was admitted for couple of hours. They gave some nutrition in infusion. Took all the tests. And after couple of hours i was sent home. I am writing this review on Tuesday as only today I am feeling better. Still having a light pain in the chest from all the vommiting.

LESSONS LEARNT : Some restaurants look authentic, bio and offer fresh homemade food. But don't go by the looks.. Avoid such places or atleast avoid eating MEAT from such places.

They clearly gave me an expired MEAT. though the place looked classy and rich from outside.

I had a meal with seasonal soup which happens to be lintel soup but it was really cold at the bottom .
They are really understaffed and waitresses were really nice but they are over exhausted. In terms of food it was below average.

We booked a table from the website at 21:15. We received our food and drinks, but at 22:00, the waitress came to paid, we didn't already finished our meal, she took up our plates. I never had a service like that ! If you want to finish at 22:00, don't accept reservations after 21:00. VERY BAD SERVICE !!!!
