I went here from friends' recommendations to buy a suit. When I arrived at the second floor no one came to help even though 3 salesmen were having a chat between them.
When I asked for questions I felt like I was completely snubbed. The sales person (grey hair in his 50's was almost laughing at me and wasn't helpful at all).
Do you have to wear expensive clothes to be respected in that shop?

One thing for sure is that I will never come back in this shop and will find a better place to spend my money.

Large and nice shop in the city center. Unfortunately staff (on the 2nd floor) is extremely unfriendly. I went there to buy a gift. I already pre-selected it online, so only needed to get a right size. Firstly, it was difficult to draw attention of the staff as they completely ignored me. When I finally asked someone to check if the needed size was available, they brought me the item and left to another customer without answering the questions I had. Obviously I left without buying a gift. And will never come back to this shop. Never had such a bad experience in Boss stores in Europe.

Service is pretty bad. The man on the second floor (in his 50s) who wears a suit all the time is terrible. He answers by "yes and no" for everything, and doesn't want to help at all in selecting the right clothes for customers. I would fire him on the spot.

Large selection of clothing, shoes and accessories. Great friendly staff and good mood. We were served by a girl with blonde hair and who knows one word from the country where she came from a long time ago. It was unexpected and pleasant.

Purchased a suit for my special day. The sales personals in the store are very patient and professional in helping to buy the best suit that fits. Store also has wide range of suits to one's taste and required for specific occasion or for business wear. Highly recommend the brand for the quality and professionalism.

I generally like Boss brand and I have a closet of its products, but this shop is just so bad, the staff aren't friendly and don't even bother to pay attention to customers... They just stay in group and did nothing. I went there last week to look for a new shirt, and I wanted to ask for my size but I hardly see any staff around in the second floor. Also, the shop doesn't have much selection while I compare it with the one I had in Munich.

Very nice store but more for business clothing as very little in the way of men’s casual clothes
But still a very good selection of suits and very helpful staff
