On the pro side their staff is friendly and service overall very good, with a slight tendency to upsell you.
On the con the portions are a bit small for the price. The steaks are decent but you can defo similar quality for less money in non chain Steakhouses around town.

Decent steak, well prepared, for normal price.
Salad of collegae was a little sad. But who orders salad at a steak house anyway?

Nice place, super service. The steaks were good and the wine nice. The knifes cut nicely, not like a SENJEN but okay. The waiter was 5 star and super nice and fast. The steaks were served at hot plates. I would recommend to have a few more but a little more expensive wines on the menu. Also please see to the jacket potato is more hot. The sour cream for the potato was great. So was the pepper sauce. I recommend you to also have the choice of a good french bearnaise sauce.

Great place for steak. Good selection of steaks menu. Able to cook precisely, because I ordered medium rare steak. Great waitress, attentive to our needs and able to suggest something extra. Overall satisfy with the service and the steaks. Will definately drop by other outlets if I visit Germany again.
