Visited based on recommendation to "just change a battery" and we were not disappointed. High class experience as one would expect. Staff was pleasant (Damien took care very good care of us!) supported by quick service.
Visited in April 2022.

I had to change my watch battery and was pleasantly surprised that Wempe didn't charge me. I have to also add that the staff were very professional,friendly, courteous and timely on replacement of my battery. Definitely worth visiting.

Generally rude. Very very surprising. I’ve bought watches all over the world and have never had such a sad experience. You don’t have to be rude to people. If for example you only want to cater to Germans, just put it up outside your store.

Visited twice. Fairly satisfied with my experience. First visit in mid 2021 to get my first Rolex. But as rightly stated by the watch community, the politics of Rolex and their ADs are not for those with high self pride and self dignity. Nevertheless, Wempe staff still treated me with respect and I bought another brand from them in my second visit. You may view the watches on display ala gallery from outside the store. When you enter, it is all about business. Nothing to see except the staff and the counters to talk business. Completely different experience from other watch dealers in the same area/Zeil. Frankfurt exclusive experience.

Great ????service. Very high class. As expected from this level of establishment. Selection of luxury watches could be a bit better, as they mainly have newest lines. But overall very satisfactory experience.

I heard good stuff about the store so I thought I would give it a try. I went to ask about a watch I’m very much interested in, but the saleslady didn’t seem interested at all. She seemed almost “bothered” for getting a client. She didn’t bother to say anything about the watch at all or even interact. I had a very bad experience which is not something you would expect in a store you might spend thousands of Euros in.
