Service could be friendlier. Large fries didn't seem much bigger than a regular one. They don't accept AMEX, which is rather annoying, for an American company. (franchise or not...) Otherwise food was ok.

Just went in to order food here and employees were not wearing their COVID masks on their faces. They kept them around their chins. The best one had her mouth covered but not her nose. Serving food and taking orders. How is this not a health issue during a Global pandemic?

Terrible slow service, 25 mins to get a some burgers, fries and drinks and that was after a lot of confusion whether we had actually paid of not, we had as the receipts were there proving it.

Loads of tables full of rubbish, trolleys for trays were full of dirty overflowing trays, tables with no rubbish on them were not wiped down, bins full, no napkins available in dispensers and bathrooms were in a terrible state.

Staff were very slow and just did not appear to know what they were doing. The burgers looked like they were thrown together, no care or attention paid.

In the hour we were at this location, no staff member attempted to clean any of the tables or empty the bins, even though a few walked out from behind the counter and saw the state of the place. Won't be coming here again now I know McDonald's is only a short walk away.

Not what I expected from Burger King to be honest, whoever is the manager or franchisee should be removed from their post.

Omg. The rebel whopper meal and the hallumi king burger...as a vegetarian I strongly recommend these burgers. I found this particular burger King to be the best for me. Over the moon with the quality and taste. 5 stars

Great chips. But the server spent too long playing around with the food.

The bathroom went from one extreme to another. One cubicle was spotless. The other .. words fail me.

Quick service.
Friendly staff.
Next to the tank station and Kruppstraße (U-Bahn Station).
Adequate facility to accommodate large and smaller groups.

I am overall satisfied with the food although there is a McDonald's restaurant 10m away so this Burger King Restaurant is mostly empty because of the compatition.
