Nach einer kaputten Windschutzscheibe angerufen und einen Termin binnen 3 Tagen erhalten. Ich wurde 2 Tage vor dem Termin angerufen ( einer ein Feiertag ) und es wurde um Verschiebung meines Termins gebeten durch krankheitsbedingten Ausfall, ich schilderte die dringlich meiner Reparatur und der Herr am Telefon kam extra wegen dem Austausch der Scheibe früher in die Filiale so das mein Auto Am vereinbarten tag ca. 4 Stunden später wieder mit nagelneuer Scheibe fahrtüchtig war. Perfekt - das nenn ich Kundenservice. Beide Anwesenden Herren waren äußerst freundlich und haben ihre Arbeit soweit ich das jetzt schon beurteilen kann sorgfältig und ordentlich erledigt. Ich bin zufrieden und kann’s nur empfehlen

Wow... Meine Beifahrerseitenscheibe ist in die Tür gefallen und ich dachte sie wäre zersplittert. Habe einen Termin ausgemacht und wollte nur mein Auto zur Reperatur abstellen. Der super freundliche und mehr als kompetente Mitarbeiter "Michael Schumacher" wollte den Schaden vorab schonmal einordnen. Ein kurzer Blick von ihm genügte... Scheibenheber war kaputt, nicht das Glas. Obwohl ich keine Reperatur erwarten konnte hat der hilfsbereite Monteur meine Türverkleidung kurz abmontiert, mir meine Scheibe hochgezogen, sie fachmännisch festgekeilt und dadurch mein Auto wieder vorübergehend fahrtauglich gemacht. Ein Entgeld oder zumindest ein angemessenes Trinkgeld wurde mehrfach abgelehnt. Ich brauch mein Auto für den Arbeitsweg und um meine Familie zu transportieren^^ Die "kurze Hilfe" war für mich Gold wert! Besten Dank! 10 Sterne wären angemessen...
