It has been a terrible experience. I bought a sofa in January and received in april (ideally 6weeks was the delivery time and there was no information for delay) and was received without foot, motor and torn fabric. The delivery people also damaged the flooring. I requested to take back and deliver the sofa in new and complete condition as it is occupying space in living room without usage. I have been chasing the store since day of delivery and they came 2times and took pictures (same as delivery day) and provide no timeline for fixing. Highly frustrated the way entire situation is handled. I have sent number of emails for the same. Its been 2months where sofa is in the room with unusable space. Never moemax again. Eschborn store.
