We went in to this store buy two bicycles for trekking around Germany for the summer. Thomas, whose English was far superior to my German, helped us decide what to buy. Obviously with the shipping crisis the choices were few but he found us two good bikes. We had a follow-up issue and Lars helped resolve our problem. We were very happy dealing with them and are enjoying our purchases including various accessories. Big store with a decent selection even in these difficult times.

1) it is basically a bicycle grocery shop, you should know what you want before you go there. Dont expect any customer service to baby sit. They actually dont care about you and your questions.
2)After buying the bike you dont get any guidelines or assistance on your rights as a client, what to do when there are issues, I mean it is exactly like a grocery shop. If dont know anything about bikes choose a shop with better customer service

Good collection of bicycles, parts and accessories. But the billing was far from professional. They did not give a receipt and after a self calculation I found they charged me 8 euros more..! Although on confronting them, got it refunded in cash..

Amazing place for cycle shopping. You can find the cycle of your choice. Ebikes variety are very nice, ranking from 2000 to 12000 euros.. Also nice and long track to test your cycle.. They only sell new cycles.. Very easy to reach with U4 and U7, stops infront of the shop..

I was here on Saturday and i was looking for a new bike. The shop assistants are very friendly and as a customer you feel in good Hands. Special thanks to salesman DANIEL who found me a new bike. The advice was very good. I can recommend this shop to every one who is looking for a new bike. The selection is very large and you can test ever bike in the shop. They have bikes in every Price range.
