Wonderful customer service (special shout out to Julian who saved us a good €40 with his timely assistance!). Super clean. Extremely comfortable. Nice location just in between the rail station and town center. Possibly the best lodging experience we've had across ten countries in Europe!

Excellent, the best hotel for such price, Rooms are clear, comfortable, staff is very friendly, can speak English, German, Russian.
Free breakfast makes you happy, cause you have wide choice of food. By the way it’s quite close to center of the city. Choose it, you won’t be disappointed. I recommend.

Small 3 star hotel. Reception closes in the evening. No elevator. I was there during Carnaval, and paid nearly 180 euro per night for a small room. Breakfast cost an extra 7€.
15 minute walk from the railway station, 20 minute walk to the city center. A few restaurants and super markets nearby. Friendly staff, clean but dated room. Free wifi but the signal is not always reliable. No fridge on the room.

Great location, nice rooms and good breakfast. We had an amazing time at the Christmas market in Düsseldorf!

The place was okay. The housekeeping (the only other people in the room besides me) stole 200€ out of an inside pocket of my backpack.
