The location of the hotel is very convenient - close to the center, but quiet. Easy walking distance to all major attractions. Very close to the Royal Alley - our favorite place for walking :)
The rooms are stylish, spacious and bright, well equipped.
I liked the shower gels and lotions - a sophisticated and expensive scent.
Varied and tasty breakfasts.
The hotel supports refugees from Ukraine and offers free accommodation.
We really liked this hotel, it has soul and a special atmosphere. Now we want to stay in other hotels in this chain.

We arrived with my daughter to walk around the city. Stopped at this hotel. The hotel is very beautiful. The room is compact, but cozy.
Breakfast is included with the cost of living. Modest, but satisfying.
We remained very satisfied with the stay!

The hotel is located in the perfect spot for shopping! The rooms are super cool - industrial minimalistic style. And the bar is open 24/7 ???? and has great cocktails …but the best was Laura, she was so nice and efficient - any problem, she solved it. She was also super pleasant, even with the evident high stress levels of the staff, she just dealt with it all with a smile ????

Easiest Check-In ever. Check-Out not required!
Clean rooms, good/Ok bed, nice bathroom.
Overall appearance is very stylistic and pleasing to the eye. There are also some nice little features that they have thought of (find out yourself and be surprised!)

The hotel is really perfect. Very clean and the rooms are nicely designed. The staff was great especially Eirini. She help us and guide us through the city. The hotel has a great location near to restaurants, bars and shops. It’s sure that I will come back and recommend the hotel to other people.

What an absolutely grand stay! I had an amazingly comfortable and clean accommodation here. The room is spacey and modern; clean and bright. The service is spectacular; Svetlana offered variety of coffee, banana bread and some friendly tips. I will definitely be stopping at the Ruby Leni next time I'm in Düsseldorf.
