Excellent stay ! Big thanks to the male with the glasses at the reception ! Very clean rooms and very comfortable !
A small tip: i would have like a menu for the restaurant in the room.
We had no idea what it costs so we went to a restaurant nearby.
All together great service very nice hotel and we will be back another time :)

Stayed 2 nights here, very clean and the breakfast was great. We booked a renovated room with balcony , on arrival no renovated room with balcony availble. We got an old room for the same price with balcony. Would be nice to get what you pay for

I had come to this hotel for a team event from my company. To be fair, I really liked the hotel and my stay of one night. Right from the reception to the bar and restaurant to the SkyLounge at the 19th floor to the rooms, everything was just perfect. The staff was polite and professional, the food service was great and the rooms were very well maintained, just like how it is supposed to be in a 4-star hotel. In fact, I also liked the balcony which was provided in my room. Just two things which I would say are a definite scope for improvement: 1) there was no bottle of water that was provided in my room. I understand that water needs to be purchased always in Germany, but for a 4-star hotel, you can definitely expect guests coming from over the world and water is a basic necessity in most countries. Therefore, please see through it that there is at least a bottle of water in the room, and guests are not asked to drink tap water. 2) The AC in my room was not working properly. I had set the AC to the minimum temperature, but I don't know why it wasn't working properly and I was sweating. I ended up keeping the balcony door open for some time. At around 6 am, the room was cool, but that is a time when most people would probably get up. This is something that I would not expect from a 4-star hotel.
These are my two observations on the hotel which is why I deducted 1 star from the 5-star ratings. I hope that the management would look into these points for improvement.

I stayed here for a week,
Quite and peaceful place, opposite to Rhine river, within 4km from major site seeing places,
They give you free bikes, you can just cycle to all the attractions.
There is lot of options for breakfast on weekends, but not so much on weekdays,
Dinners food is good only few items since most of the guest use the skylounge

Everything was nice as always. Good room, good bed, very comfortable, super friendly staffs, good breakfast. The only not so nice thing was the rain shower. We had room No.713. The pressure was quite low and the nozzles for the rain shower were not ok anymore.

We had an upgraded room with a new bathroom. Some explanation about the airco would be helpfull (doesn't work when the window is open). Very nice breakfast with even yoghurt for people with a lactose problem.

We stayed a couple of nights in a clean, well equiped room. Friendly staff, perfect breakfast. I highly recommend the place. Düsseldorf is worth visiting!
