I and another stranger’s family were there on Sunday because we didn’t know mall is closed. As soos as we realized we were going out of the parking. The other family were trying to pay for their parking fee which was for two minutes only inside, then their card was not working at the machine so they called staff through paying machine to questionning how to pay with card.
Then my ticket was also not validated by machine so I had to speak with that staff again, right after I said « Excuse me? », staff spoke to me «Don’t tell me, (~~~in German) , Just get out of here, (in German again) ». On 2nd September in the afternoon.
Your well trained staff welcomed two foreign family with such a attitude, and ruined the image of Dresden, which is first time and first moment in this city.
I’d like to recommend to people when they really DON’T HAVE ANY OPTION, VISIT THIS MALL for unexpected experiences.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!

For travelers it is good that city centre has facility of shopping. Moreover, the shops in this square are open around the year, even on public holidays.

Didn't find a parking place. There is only one, full and is not free. And the Parkomat takes only cash for parking fee.

Very hard to find vegan food and a decent warm place to sit down from freezing weather while waiting on Flixbus....

Very convenient location, right near Main station. There a great variety of choice in the shop + friendly personnel

It is a bit dim in here. There is a conrad, Rewe, a bakery, hair cutter, butcher, a pharmacy and a dry cleaner.
