They working without gloves, I observed all of them now while waiting for my order, they grab bread, gather fries without gloves! literally no one wears them, especially in corona time it's disturbing. Isn't it against health and hygiene policy? I have to report this to the Dresden hygiene department with pics.

This is the worst experience ever!!! The stuff( black hair girl ) has an intimidating attitude and she said I don't understand her in German to other stuff...I don't speak German but tried because she didn't speak English. But I understood what she said...that's totally rude! I know I live in Germany that's why tried to speak German to her. I don't expect customer services like Japan. Even so, it was a terrible service.

Experience was really good. The person attending me and my wife was extremely polite and our meals were properly done.

This is the best establishment I've been to.
Everything is very fast and friendly, and the restaurant is very clean and bright.

Extremely unfriendly and arrogant staff! Also they make the drinks immediately after the order and when the order is ready the drinks already have no gas anymore…
