I've been here a couple of times now, mostly take away, three times I remained for a meal or drink. The interior is pleasing, especially the high ceiling.
It feels like a real big room.
Food u0026 Pricing
Marché is rather on the expensive side of life. I would put it at about a third over average.
The quality of the food is higher than average. A lot of what's offered is freshly made.
The people who make it seem to change more or less frequently, so does the quality of the food available changes with them.
I tried several of the take away breads or lunch breads, baked with a filling. They disappoint. For the price asked I'd expect much more taste.
I am sure the quality of the ingredients is alreight, and they are pretty to behold, but they don't really taste like much. I would recommend riper ingredients or salt or tasty herbs. It might also add to the taste to let the dough ferment, but I can see the capacity might not be available, the kitchen is small.
So the only thing I come here for on my own is Franzbrötchen, and at 1,90€ they put a dent in a meal plan.
