Very nice stay. The staff is very attentive and nice. The rooms are clean and with all the necessary amenities. They purposely located us at a higher floor to get better views of the city. It is well-connected to the centre by public transport and close to the main station that comes from the airport. If we're back in Cologne, Premier Inn Cologne will be our go-to.

I stayed only for one night but I enjoyed it. I got a room 1710 which was comfortable and clean, but the chair (see the photo).
Check-in was fast and friendly. The hotel has 4 elevators so you don't wait long... Breakfast has good variety of food.
I had a great view from 17th floor and the room was big enough.
I recommend for everyone who doesn't want to waste time and need comfortable stay in the city centre

Its location is good, not so far from the downtown. You just need to walk 15-20 minutes to the closest train station (Heumark), and 5 minutes to the bus stop. We reserved for a double room, just the bed is too small for us. If you book a room w/out breakfast, no worries ... 10 minutes walk then you find what you need.

Room could have been cleaner, however it was pretty good. What bothered me was the smell of my pillow, it smelled like someone's drool, the pillowcase was clean though. What could be a big upgrade for the room would be a cutlery set, another chair and a mini fridge, it would boost this hotel into a different level because then people staying there could store some drinks or food before the next day or just eat something on the table they have there. Also breakfast is way too expensive and was cold at 8.00 when we went downstairs, but going for breakfast at 6.30 was not something we wanted to do... But the quality was good, however some cover from flies would be good because the pastries were full of flies. People were nice, but we really struggled to understand why one night was 57€ on a thursday and the next day, friday was 122€, which is over the double amount... we would understand if it was like ca. 85€, but the rooms didn't magically improve. We know its high demand, but 122€ without breakfast is just a bit too much. However we weren't and aren't mad about it, the entire place seemed to be really clean overall and taken care of.

How wonderful to stay at a Premier Inn and get your room cleaned daily again! (The past 2 years have stayed at 3 British Premier Inns and had to make my own bed and request extra milk, toilet rolls etc from Reception.)
Room was as you'd expect, air conditioned, everything you need: generously sized bath towels, extra pillows, hairdryer, good hanging space. (Bed and pillows were a bit too hard for my personal comfort but that'san individual thing)
Only quibble was the varying heat of the water. When taking a shower the water would keep changing from hot to cold which was a bit of a shock every time
5 minutes from nearest underground station or a comfortable 20 minute walk to the railway station. REWE supermarket, Japanese, Thai and Vietnamese restaurants within 10 minute walk

Great hotel within easy distance of an underground station. Room and bed were comfortable and quiet. Nice big tv with German programmes I enjoyed watching. Plenty of food for breakfast and it was beautifully cooked. Only thing, I was on 17th floor and a couple of times it was quicker to go down the stairs than wait for the lift to get up there. No problem getting up there from the ground flood though.

This is a good place to stay, very secure, clean, staff welcoming, free WiFi, and room cleaned daily.
I would have no problem with staying here again
I didn't try the breakfast, as I was out and about early each day.
If you have the confidence to use U BAHN, then there is a very convenient stop at Poststrasse, line 16, or 18, which is no more than 5 minutes from the hotel.
