We had a mini apartment room which was great as there were 3 of us (2 adults, 1 child) and there were separate rooms. Small kitchen saved on eating out every night. Staff were really helpful. It's a bit of a walk for the station if you're carrying luggage but pretty well situated and our room was quiet and comfortable.

Good location with several restaurants. Not far from the cathedral. Small, but clean. The pillows were very flat and there was some mold in the bathroom tub. Staff was very helpful, parking was easy, and separate room for parents.

Very close to the shopping center there is Rewe supermarket at the back of the hotel
The hotel has washing machines at the lube .we did arrive today, the reception was
different we had to wait after 3 o’clock to receive our rooms. We did have to change
our floor because there is maintenance in that floor.

The place is really bad, I would not recommend it to anyone. First of all, the rooms are not very big and equipment of them depends on your luck. The number of cups, glasses, forks, etc. Moreover, we checked in as 3 people and booked it for 3 as well and it's very funny to find so kindly left only 2 Nespresso coffee capsules, both of which are decaf. They also have a dish washer and I have clearly seen some capsules for the dish washers at the maid's trolley, however, we never got any in any of our rooms. All of the double beds are just two one-person beds together, which are really uncomfortable . Although, there are no noises from the street, all of the noises from the bathroom are heard by all of the people you live with, zero privacy. And, referring to bathroom, our door in a shower was making so loud noises, when you tried to open it, it was impossible to shower, while somebody is asleep. We lived there in January, however, they do not have ANY heating , air conditioner was blowing with either cold or extremely cold air and on top, when turned off, it still continued to blow with a cold air. The heater in the bathroom was not working as well. The cooker hood was more like a decoration, not working properly. We complained about our room the next day to probably the most rude receptionist in the whole world, (his surname is Scheide) who, after all my long list of complaints, said that this is absolutely normal and everybody has those issues in this place. The funny part is that we talked in English, since my English is better then my german, however, when he sent the housemeister to check on my complaints, the person was only able to speak to me in german. I imagine how this conversation would be like, if I would have not spoken German. After the check, the guy left as well and nobody ever came back. I had to call myself again on the reception and asked them to do something again. They finally changed our room to the one, next to us, which was cleaned in the morning. The room was also terribly cold, but they said this is a normal temperature in their hotel, so in the end we ended up with 2 electric heaters (they have those, if you are cold, ask them to give you the heaters). As I have mentioned , the room was cleaned in the morning, however, when we entered, there was a layer of dust on the floor all over the apartment. Moreover, there were paper bags from previous guests in the cupboard. In conclusion, I would recommend you to avoid this place unless you want to spend your time in a cold dirty room with the most arrogant person at the reception desk
