Quality of food is good (not bad), however some portions are extremely small and nothing to do with what they display in the menu.
You have 8 rounds to order but it would be better to have 4 and better quality and quantity.

Orders take time to arrive and do not come in order, it is hard to track what you received or not.

I wouldn't come back. Too expensive for what is offered.

Definitely the best Japanese food I have ever had outside of Japan. This is an all-you-can-eat for 30 euro's (excl. drinks). Though my dinner companion and I were very hungry, we never finished the allotted 8 times 5 dishes pp. You order through their app and a waiter brings the food, brilliant concept.
Huge variety of dishes, with vegetables, meat, fish and soups, all super fresh and excellently prepared.
Will most certainly come back whenever I get the chance!
One sidenote: an hour later I got an annoying allergic reaction to something in the food, but it only lasted a few hours. No biggie.

I have been to Okinii Dusseldorf few years ago and it was amazing and was looking forward to go there again. This time was first experience in Okinii Köln. The restaurant is nice, the service is great and the speed of serving was moderate.

However I was really disappointed with the Sushi Quality. Most of the dishes were ok, however I can't give any dish more than 8/10, however the Sushi was barely a 5/10.

For around €35 All you can Eat per person including a drink, I would expect a much higher Quality, specially the serving size per order is just one piece.

I would definitely not go there again.

Delicious mango drink!
Tempura roll was my favorite
The gyoza was average
The chicken skewers are very filling

Taste was ok but service was slow. The salmon was tasty but the sushis are not tasty.
After complaining, the service got faster, but is it necessary to complain?
The employees were helpful but The places is not worth for me to go a second time.

Edit:
Yes we talked on instagram and after that the service was good. If there is a shortage of personnel, you can take a break from the all you can eat concept.

A different japanese experience in rounds.
8 (max) rounds of 10 dishes. Don't get alarmed, each person can't get away with more than 4, making this restaurant an excellent value for money!

Food and drinks were delicious. Neat dining concept. Good for the sushi and not sushi lover.
