Disappointing. It’s the first time ever that I go into a shop known for it’s jeans asking for my size and it’s not available in any model. To what I get answered “we might get only one delivered and it’s fast sold out”. ONLY ONE, FROM EVERY MODEL.
To finish up I’m told to not touch the openly displayed jeans.

Trousers look nice but all five pairs I have bought from Weekday have problems quickly (seams come undone at ankle, loose threads, ‘bubbly material’ after washing a few times). Used to love Weekday but the quality is not long lasting.

returned a damaged pair of clothing today. female manager was very friendly and helpful. male staff member who dealt with the transaction was quite rude and disrespectful. not a positive customer experience
