The manager is not adäquate. I was buying the jeans, said that I want to buy it in spite of the fabric defect, which I liked (as DYI), and he stopped the paying process and refused to sell it to me even if I asked multiple times. I wasted my time choosing and trying clothes. Very unrespectful and rude attitude of the manager to the clients and also employees.. Sad

Never going again. The staff is really rude, they really made us feel bad because we couldn’t find the cloth hanger when we didn’t want to take what we tried. Love the clothes guys but not the vibes.

I went there twice now, just to recheck, the people there are not working at all (at least most of them) they don't talk kindly and they don't help with any question except if you ask and keep asking a lot.
I mean they have one job which they couldn't do, "welcome clients and sell them something".
Completely rude and lazy. Definitely worst bershka store I've been to.
If you don't trust this review, go and check with your eyes.

I mean, they stole 50€ from me by charging me twice for a giftcard.
I went there, shows the recites, had to fill out a form that the manager gave me and he said that in the next 2-3 business days I would get my money back.
Spoiler: i didn't! ????
I called 3 times.
One time on Wensday and they said I had to wait until friday.
Then saturday and they said that the manager wasn't there but they would call me back (again, spoiler: they didn't. I tried on Monday again and they said that the manager wasn't again there and guess what? They would call me back!
And guess what? They didn't !
That's literally so sad, a you are a global corporation that in 2020 had a global net income of 1.7 billion and you can't give a student 50€ back that you literally stole from her?
Do better, for real.
I will probably never get my money back, but I really don't want this to happen to other people like me, so be' cautious.

The staff are very uninterested. I asked if they still had 'TLC' TShirts in stock and they seemed absolutely bothered. Never going there again

So many people in line at checkout but they didn't bother to open another cash desk. But I did buy a great belt for only 6€‼️ Bershka really has the best belts (at least for men).

The shop is located on the ground floor of East side mall, just on the right side. It's a nice shop where to find lots of casual clothes, personally I bought a nice hat and a very beautiful hoodie. Prices are on the whole affordable. I liked doing shopping there...
