I was shopping for a hair dryer and a microwave oven. Easily found the driers: there is a nice selection with around 15 to 20 models. Had to ask for help finding the microwave ovens: there are around 8 to 10 models available.
The price ranges cover pretty much any budget.
The personnel are very helpful and friendly.
I didn't check the assortment for any other goods, but I'm pretty sure the shop will cover pretty much anything you'd expect from this kind of shop. The inventory is laid out well considering the size of the shop.

DO NOT BUY FROM SATURN!
I bought an expensive vacuum that had a manufacturing defect, which made it unusable, and returned the product the next day. Instead of replacing it immediately, or offering me refund, Saturn can only send it to the manufacturer which takes 1 month waiting!! DISCRIMINATORY against non-German clients, neither in-store staff, nor online service makes even a tiny effort to help you in English. You are treated like a fool!! Stay away!

I went in there to buy AirPods. The guy with long hair was dealing with 3 girls who were also interested in airpods. I waited for 10 mins for them to finish, but the guy and three guys were only talking in german and laughing. I excused and asked the guy if they have the thing I need and he rudely said, “I am dealing with customer, when I am finished then ask me okay?”. All they were doing is chatting. I waited for 15 more mins, the guy went away, so did the girls. No one came to help me and I went out without buying anything. I was also the customer but maybe I wasn’t a nice looking white female the guy didn’t want to help me find the airpods. Avoid the long hair guy, he is putting Saturn’s reputation at stake.

This branch doesn’t deserve even 1 single star. Not only is the shop small and unimpressive, but the staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. I advise you to either pick another Saturn branch or buy your items online.

Too crowed all time but good/huge place.
Almost all electronic type available.
The staff is ok, some are very rude.
For example a staff member told me to make 1.5 distance because of corona but on the other hand she was not even wearing mask herself ???? ..

It's like every other Saturn store,the 5 stars are for the employees, they are always there for questions and ready to help.
