ZEN East Side

A restaurant with cosy atmosphere, inside East Side mall. There is a various menu of sushi, but not a big choice of cocktails :) . We ordered sushi plate. It was very tasty, fresh, and more than fulfilling for 2 people. The prices, I would say, are a bit high. Try it :)

Food looks good and quality is good with reasonable price. Only the source is too much so the rice is too salty and half bowl of salad. I would suggest salad service separately. Mango lassi is nice.
Good service and environment.

Good food price it's a little high but not bad, so far the duck is the best I got there

I really like this restaurant but I tried the delivery service today and it was terrible!!! I ordered a dish of 8 + 8 pieces, another dish of 5 + 5 , and another dish with 8 piece , a total of 34 pieces of sushi.
When the delivery arrived ( after one hour !!!) I received 26 pieces, not as I ordered.
When I called the restaurant again to understand what happened, they tried to look for someone who spoke English, he laughed at me on the phone saying "You shouldn't annoy a hungry woman". He read the order to me and it says that in the first dish there are only 8 pieces, when I told him that on the website is written 8 + 8 he said it is a mistake and he has nothing to do with it. His sister was in the car with him laughing at me and saying "okay we will send you another 8" when I said that I was indeed waiting for such compensation he said "oh no, my sister laughed, there is nothing I can do about it".
I regularly would eat at their restaurant in Charlottenburg and I was always pleased with the food and service but this branch just ruined my desire to visit it !!!
Worst service and lack of understanding of the situation. Once there is a dissatisfied customer the last thing to do is laugh at him !!!!
These people who talked to me on the phone are rude and I will no longer order or come to this branch !!

The food was not bad but we had to wait for an hour for it (sushi) and I am not exaggerating. There were people who left before their food came. @Zen - you need to do something here, you have nice people working there (the friendly woman at the bar came to apologize before we left and that was nice and made us less angry - one of the stars goes for her) , the food is good but the waiting time makes it not worth it.
