No stars for this place, the staff one person in particular was just very evil and to deal with, rude, unhelpful and it was just downright not a good experience. I actually found the shoes I wanted buy choose not to buy based on my experience. 0 stars, horrendous, typical ''we are better than you'' attitude u0026 rudeness. Please avoid.

Nasty, rude staff! Worst customer service experience! My partner and I were going to buy his and hers Birkenstocks and the woman insulted me in German not thinking that I understood the language! I WILL not be returning. Perhaps the staff could do with some customer service training?!!

I was sold a defective shoe in this store, the shoes was cutting my foot. I used it for two hours, the other day I tried to exchange for another and they did not accept. The justification was because they couldn't sell to anyone else.

I am so upset with the service offered in store. They were rude and abrupt. All I wanted was a pair of summer sandals and I left feeling less than summery! Never going back.

Medium to good quality shoes. Helpful staffs. Not a lot of choices.
