Nice donuts but take them and eat them somewhere outside. The restaurant is very dirty, you would expect something much better in a spot like this.

Just your average Dunkin’ Donuts, nothing more nothing less: yummy donuts available in many flavors and options + different types of coffee. In a central location such as Alexanderplatz you’d expect something more tho, the place is quite dirty both inside and outside with bees flying all over the donuts counter (and ON the donuts). Tables outside are not ok, full of birds flying all over the place because of crumbs. Staff is nice but service can be quite slow for coffee.

The staff at service was negligent. He spend more than 10 minutes on phone while customers started to que and wait for him to work. For shops at railway stations , quick service is mandatory so that you can grab and go. To wait for 15 minutes for some donuts and coffee to go is unacceptable. The donuts tasted pretty decent.

Really bad and rude customer service. I ordered a combo deal which should have cost 3€ (Small coffee u0026 1 Donut), they charged me the normal price. I then pointed out that I want the deal which they are advertising, but they denied me that, with the argument that i didn’t mention it beforehand. Also, only cow milk available even though a big sign listed about 7 other vegan options. Just take the sign away if you don’t have what you are advertising.

We felt like something sweet after an depressing trip to Decathlon (the dumbbells were sold old), we don’t have these in Portugal so it’s interesting to try understand the hype about them. Quite spacious store with a lot of options.
We got a latte, a frozen dunkin latte, a lemon donut and a glazed(classic taste to start with for me).
Friendly but somewhat inexperienced staff.
Good location.
My coffee was on the fantasy side, not plain toasted coffee but vanilla scented or something which is not my to go flavour.
