Waiters are unfriendly, the orders come too late, nobody takes care of the guests. uncomfortable atmosphere . AND in the end we almost got kicked out by a lying slip of paper.
Was a bad experience to forget

A very disappointed choice for a Central Italian restaurant. Unwelcoming nor professional staff, kind of very rude service. The restaurant got a very big -exciting- menu for both food u0026 drinks. Drinks look much better than their food. I decided to go for Lasagne and it was one of the worst which I’ve ever tried. A non recommended restaurant for food and especially for Lasagna.

The food was good, but the service was very bad, the waiter even scolded a customer at the table for "disturbing" him by asking him for another bottle of water. We were treated with an air of superiority as if he had done us a favor by serving us. In addition, there is no possibility to pay the bill with the card, ONLY cash - which seems unacceptable to me for a civilized country like Germany. I do not recommend and would never return to this place.

Can’t recommend

Amount of food was a joke. Really really small plate of pasta... i paid 12,90 for nearly nothing. I won’t come back.

Quality was okay. We had to wait more than 30 min until we could order. This restaurant wasn’t really well visited at this time.. had to wait 20 min for our receipt.

Taste of the food was nothing more than average.. dear tourists search for an other place to eat.

Firstly the steak came out too raw for my sensitive stomach that day, then asked to be made well done then came back cut my steak in half and said it’s pretty alright, ???? but it wasntttt…. Eventually they cooked the steak again, then it came out really bad, tasted like burnt butter and little to no flavour at all. The waiter there also pretty lousy, instead of take the card we gave him, he directed asked for a card that was in the wallet???? And faked trying to use the card we gave him and said it’s not working and used another card instead. Do NOT RECOMMEND

The first experience was very good ,and the food as well ,so we decided to came a second time. BUT the second visit was a disaster. We literally waited one hour for four toasts(which were cold)we had to tell them twice to being them, the waitresses were late , unorganized maybe ,we had to ask three times for the bill which came after 15 min. If you have plenty of time and you don't mind waiting a lot then it's ok ,but otherwise I don't recommend it after the second time of our visit .

The food looks really good in the menu pictures. But it is really mediocre. Nothing like the pictures, the food was burnt, it took a long time to arrive and many things from the menu were not available. The waiter tried to tip himself what he wanted when giving us the terminal to pay, he just wrote there any amount he wanted and tried to make us pay it.
