Absolutely loved the ambience. What seems like a crowded eatery turned out to be a semi-fine-dine experience. Expansive seating, friendly staff, freshly made dishes and absolutely delicious. For an Italian cuisine lover, especially when they are missing it in Berlin..this is a boon. Yes, Italian restaurants could be dime a dozen in Berlin but match that with the service and ambience you get here. Impressed!

The quality of pasta was not good...to mutch dryer and no al dente, the suop was realy good, and the toramisu was good.
The table was dirty, we ask to someone if can clean the table, and dont have time....we cleaned self.
The ambient was great and ideea of restaurant like in longe business class.
The staff was kindly.
I give 4 stars for pasta and because the staff must to carre about cleaning the table, before someone come.

I would like to thank this restaurant for the amazing meal. And there is a coworker called Walid even come to you and ask if we like the food and the service.
I will definitely come back and bring my friends.

Like most Vapiano, also this one has a good location and and the food is precisely what to expect. Staff is overall good and place is clean.

Still surprised they don't give English menus by default to English speakers and even make sure to not get a tip by saying the total in German, will be just harder to add the tip... :)

Covid arrangements slow down a bit the procedure, but they try their best to make it work well.

The process to order food in the restaurant is different. I liked that experience.
Ordered a pinsa which was just fine. And for dessert ordered a panna cotta which was delicious.

Long long wait time for the food.
I’m not sure if it’s due to covid that you couldn’t go directly to the kitchen but have to QUEUE for long and order at the bar.
After ordering food, you can bring the drinks yourself to the table which is fast.
BUT the food serving was absolutely slow. We waited for 20mins. My baby was starved and cried.
For the kid menu, I appreciate they offer kids menu. But I am very surprised that they only offer 2 options instead of all kinds. It didn’t happen in Sweden or Finland so I don’t really understand why kids could only have 2 options. My boy loves panne and he had it in Sweden and Finland somehow not in Berlin.
The food we had, shrimp pasta is good.
They are child friendly, offering different heights of child chairs.
Well, I’ll think about it next time if I want to go considering the 20 mins waiting time.

Well, we all know about Vapiano. So i wont mention about foods or drinks.
There is one counter to take order, therefore we may have to wait for long, however your food will be finished quickly. Very good location
