While product quality and prices are amazing, the amount of options can be overwhelming if you just want to explore are aren’t sure of what are you looking for.
I also bought online with pick up in store option: the package was delayed a few days (4) from the original pick up date.
The staff was always kind and willing to help.

Outstanding client service from Mathias in bike service! Above any expectations, he made the impossible and helped me with a malfunctioning bike.

Other staff members are always helpful too. Love the huge space and assortment of this particular store.

It is a huge store, and you'd probably find any sports related stuff you are looking for.
I recently purchased a bicycle from there, very next day I realized that it was making some weird noise, so I went to change the bike, they changed it without a problem, but the service guys asked the money again to install the stand and the bottle holder. When telling him that I paid 10 euros yesterday for stand and bottle holder installation, he said he is doing it again. But that is not my problem, your bike had a problem.
And also, if I am purchasing a bike from Decathlon, the installation and services (at least for a month) should be free. These guys talk with so much attitude as if they are doing a huge favor on us. They have no sense of how to talk to a customer. This review is only for bike service people.

Others were nice (specially the boy with curly hair was super nice). He helped me deciding for a bike and also fixed the stand and bottle holder.

Good to see that the frenchies have their leading famous sports brand represented here on Alexander square in this huge shop, with the full assortment for all and any sports at the best price possible. Young helpful knowlegeable staff to guide you if any hesitation. Nice !
