???? Great concept - why still 'just' 3 stars❓️????

Pros:
- Positive societal (integration of refugees) and environmental (degradable packaging, etc.) impact
- Place has nice simple design

Cons:
- Food didn't convince me. I have eaten much better Lebanese/Middle Eastern food for much much less ???? For example the bread was already stale and the Hummus and Baba Ganoush tasted a bit flat. Not terrible but simply not the best.
- Prices were quote high for take away (vegetarian platter for 3 pax u003d 32 EUR).

If the food gets better, 4 or 5 stars are definitely possible ????

Wow, what an exciting experience! I‘ve only had one falafel in Berlin, and this is the best one I‘ve had. The staff are polite and the prices are very reasonable. Unfortunately it took way too long to get the food. Waiting 30 minutes for a falafel is a rare happening indeed.

Very bad experience. Everything that arrived was covered in a swamp of oil, except the French fries. I find such oily food really repulsive to taste and texture. The hummus and BG were decent, but the felafel didn't taste well - it was really plain and without taste. I can't recommend this place at all.

Despite me providing pictures, the owner tried to have this review removed on grounds that i have never ordered from them, outrageous behaviour.

I’m really disappointed with the falafel, it’s the main star and it was dry and not fresh. I expect better from aleppians who knows how falafel is made.
Two stars goes to the staff and the homemade flat bread.
I’ll pass by again to give it another shot sometime soon i guess

Really sad to give Refueat a bad review but we had a nightmarishly bad experience with their catering.
We ordered snacks, dinner and Mitternachtssnack for our wedding of 70 people from Refueat. The snacks arrived on time but were incredibly dry - nothing like the very tasting we had at the actual restaurant.
Dinner and the Mitternachtssnack was delivered over an hour late and simply was not enough food for everyone even just for dinner! We ended up serving everything at once and having to buy additional food from our (amazing) venue to feed everyone for dinner.
When we called Aymann, our contact at Refueat, to ask if there was some mistake, he was completely unapologetic and even dismissive on the phone. He never spoke to us again other than to ask for the final payment. Really a shame.

Reasonable portions in good prices. I was very hungry and I went home full. Taste also good. I didn't ate this flavors in this combination before and I'm a person which always look forward to try something new. Price for a plate with chicken 9 Euro. Staff was friendly. The only unconvince is that they don't have a toilet there, so be aware of it.

sandwiches are cheap like their taste, and service is a bit rude and unwelcoming

it’s fine if you are really hungry and there is nothing else around open.

I also got my fries half frozen 2 times, so I hope it won’t happen again
