So good to have found that Fitness Studio - more than a Gym 100% !!! - with SaunaArea, clean Showers, huge Space u0026 Equipment (on various Floors) for all sorts of Work-Out. Courses, too.

Nice gym with several good quality machines.... The only advice is to instruct the clients to put the weights and dumbbells back in order after using them

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Everyone is getting ripped off money because they continue accumulating debit cost even after you finish your membership.

I received a letter saying if I don't pay for other months i 7 days it will be sent to debt collection, even though staff told me I don't need to cancel anything.

I tried talking to them, but gym staff is clueless - they sent an email to the finance department to investigate but it's been 5 days now and I'll end up having to pay the money because I don't want to ruin my SCHUFA score.

Even the gym itself is ok, be prepared to pay extra once you finish your membership.

Practically no classes, so called virual classes non existing. Classes like cycling non existing - even tho there is well equipped room there with bikes (?) very popul body attack non existing, superfit is much better, we regret that we changed the club. additionally, men's/mixed sauna stinks so much that it's hard to believe, it's never cleand or aired at night. Men who visit it never shower before, and come straight from the gym sweated, dont even use towers, don't even bother to take off underwear. No one take care of this. Just have no words.
But - if u only use gym the equipment/machines are good.
So 2 stars.

Terrible customer service, never and ever you can get a response to your emails/messages/comments.
I had (they still say i have extended the contract, but i did not) a VIP Gold membership, and private classes were either cancelled or were very bad. Which makes you stop fighting for it.
Dirty facilities, empty beverage dispensers…

Probably now they will write under this “we are sorry that you were unsatisfied” and will do NOTHING!!!

Hammer Strength Gym. It has 5 floors with every possible thing a gym could need. Friendly staff that let us have a free day pass.
For a 5/5 I think the gym would need more workers to manage it appropriately. Clients don't rerack weights after they use it leaving everything a mess.

As many other's have mentioned, Fit/One has unilaterally extended my contract for an extra year after I have cancelled. I cancelled my contract in February 2021, more than 3 months notice to my original date of contract ending and they have still been taking funds from my account. THIS IS ILLEGAL! I have written several emails and have made several calls. No answer. They keep pointing to going to their member portal which I have also done repeatedly for communications with no response from my last request. I have now started the legal process to recuperate my money.

UPDATE
When I check my account, they now have EXTENDED it to April 2022! Even after acknowledging that I have cancelled the contract formally in February. What a joke. I look forward to the legal complaint that I will send to them.
