Tuesday, July Summer 2022. Booked a table for 3 in advance. 19:30. Restaurant was filled outside, ca. 85% of all tables full with guests. 19:50 still not even received a menu. 2 members of understaffed Service, both mostly looking down on plates and tables close around.
No overview at all from any of them.
20:00, 30 Mi is later with no service I stood up to approach them, waited explicitly at the entrance to ask for assistance. Couldn't say more than "excuse me" in German before being shushed with "un moment" and being bypassed.
Clearly stressed out and weird non service orientated overworked staff, as well as poor organisation.
When my friends and me agreed to leave this place due to missing service I was asked for understanding by the waitress who decided to unfriendly pass on me that there has been too many pick up delivery orders, and therefor it was difficult to be serviced.
Bad organisation, unfriendly understaffed stressed staff, thank you for nothing. Food seemed decent, but how would I know, right? Maybe I should have ordered instead of approaching the place directly...
