We were only two customers at the shop, the seller didn’t seem to have much to do but claimed she is very busy, under a lot of pressure, and asked us to manage some of the things on our own at the shop. I don’t understand this attitude of “the customer owes me as the seller”. I was planning to buy quite few things but with her attitude I decided to just buy the one thing that I urgently needed and leave. Will never return to this Lush shop again!

My experience was amazing, they are super friendly, kind and helpful.
I went to check on gifts ideas and the lady were so patience and enthusiastic to show me great ideas, of course i ended up with my own gift ???? I love this shop and definitely my favourite branch. highly recommended ????
