I bought something online and the order confirmation said it would be delivered in a week to the store. I will receive an email once it is ready to be picked up. I did not receive an email to pick it up nor even that the item isn’t available anymore and therefore wouldn’t be delivered to the store nor that I receive a refund for my already made payment. I called the customer service a week after it should have been ready for pick up and they told me it wasn’t available therefore wasn’t shipped. But couldn’t tell me why i didn’t receive a refund nor an email about the unavailability! That is unacceptable.
