Bought my Valentino business bag here 4 months ago, I asked extra the worker in the counter about Reklamation or Umtausch specially Reklamation and she said when Item is deffect as long as I have my receipt I can complain and will get my money back or my bag will be exchange. Now, on this time after a few months of using it not even 6 months only 4 months, the zipper is broken and the worker has just lied before!! I felt betrayed by workers now that my bag is broken. This company for me and it's workers I felt that they just wanted to sell their items so they will tell the customers whatever!!!!!! This is full customers betrayal and never will I ever buy any bag In this Galeria Kaufhop ever.

Well it's a department store you can find nearly everything in here. Always slightly more expensive than other sites but the quality is better. We like to go to the Cafe restaurant on the 3rd floor, they have a good array of dishes, cakes and drinks. Today it was a pasta dish and it was delicious. We like the staff, the children area and the big terrace outside with umbrellas. So go.

comfort place to shop.. but unfortunately I met one worker who was not nice when I asked something (maybe because i'm foreigner who can not speak really good German) But, still.. I see another worker are quite good and nice.
