Salesperson was super rude. I was standing in the queue. Salesperson thought I joined the line in between. She refused to bill my items and asked me to join the long queue again. She wasn't ready to listen to me. She accepted billing of other customers who were standing behind me. Feedback from a disappointed customer: Listen to the customers explanation and then act.

VERY limited number of alternatives in terms of above 50L backpacks and hiking boots. Distance from real hiking locations probably has an impact on the demand and therefore the supply they have.

Big variety of household stuff and a dedicated sports section on the lower floor. Can pick up good value stuff on sale and they have a decent range of football boots and tennis section too.

Good sports store. Very friendly and helpful staff, but the structure and sorting of product categories could be improved.
