They have the prices wrong they charge you extra when you go to the cash register and they refuse to give you the difference. I need to fill a claim in the Senat. The attention is so different is Spain. I'm sorry for Zara Germany not to be customer oriented.

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff, I would not not visit this Zara Home in Berlin again. Also is this store quite messy and the packages of bed sheets and duvet covers are damaged. I just think a store with such a price level should offer a tidier and friendlier atmosphere.

Much smaller than I expected, it's almost like a 30 sqm room. Variety of products is very low, I guess they didn't find it worthwhile to compete with the Karlstadt home department.

I like the decoration items of Zara. This shop hasn't great variety. And I find it expensive. Cute stuff though.
