Agree with the vietnamese waitress being rude and inpatient. We asked if there was salmon, she just said "ya ya Alles Alles" and was gone before we could say anything. Portion was reduced by half compared to half a year ago. 1 plate had 2 sushi / 2 spring rolls etc but now it's 1 plate with 1 spring roll (1€ for that tiny spring roll?!) Moreover there was only 5 kinds of sushi rolled differently with 3 types of ingredients (small pieces of salmon, crab stick and avocado).
They used to have salmon pieces which were nowhere to be seen. Once they had mochi for dessert, another jelly, but they only put a few pieces and refuse to refill (around 10 other customers at the time).
Cooked food was not warm, sushi was not cold, extremely unpleasant experience on our last trip. Not going back ever again. €15 for the buffet is just robbery in daylight unless u don't mind eating the same mediocre food again and again.

The food in all-you-can-eat convoy belt is not fresh ( like at all), doesn't taste good and it is hard to choose smth decent.

The stuff is stressed and running around, service is really bad

Food is okay ish, old food is still on the hold area. Staff constantly stare at you when you’re eating the food because when you’re hungry and it’s an “all you can eat buffet”, it seems like a crime when you have plates piled up from the one bit of sushi they put on. Also they always have the same food like old spring rolls and rice going around which isn’t appetising when you want something different

So the sushi wasn't thaaaaat bad. What is really cheeky is that chefs don't send out fresh plates after you're there for 10 minutes. So it really doesn't matter if you spend an hour (time limit) or 20 minutes, the amount of edible food will be the same in quantity.. Unless you wanna eat the wontons which have nothing inside them. The conveyor belt thing is fun and the experience is interactive but thumbs down for how they make sure you get a limited supply of what people actually wanna eat.

The sushi was quite underwhelming, but the speed and quantity was immensely overwhelming. We ate a good 50 plates of sushi in 20 minutes. I'm pretty sure that each and every one of us is going to have food poisoning by the end of the night.

EDIT: Did get food poisoning. Now just 1 star instead of 2.

I have been to this place a few time. And I am not happy with the service at all. The staffs there have bad mentality especially the Asian waitress. She doesn't not speak English very well but sadly not the patience to listen either. I wanted to pay 1 euro per plate and my friend wanted to have a buffet. When we get the bill she told us that both of us have to pay for the buffet price! She even has the rules shown on a broad which hasn't been shown to any customers as she put right behind another broad! The most ridiculous thing was she actually being very rude to us. It just doesn't make sense when I only had 4 plates but need to pay for the all you can eat price. Like I mentioned I used to go to this place but NEVER AGAIN now. Why should you when there are so many good restaurants 3 steps away and they provide much better food and service than this one!!

Sushi tastes OK (not bad but not fresh either) but for the price of 15 Euros, you come here for the all-you-can-eat, not the taste. That's OK, but the biggest turn off is the atrocious customer service. The employees are rude, especially that woman who is mentioned a few times below in other reviews. Apparently they have a policy where you have to choose between getting charged per plate (1€ each) or all you can eat (15€) before you start eating. The problem is the staff speak such poor English and German, it's easy to miss this. Prepare for an argument and bitchy customer service when they try to rip your wallet off charging you by plate. Also in another separate visit, we discovered they will make you sit at separate tables (even if you're in a group) if part of the group doesn't want all you can eat - again, they were very clear and polite in explaining this too /s
