The hotel is perfect. Super easy access to public transport routes that got us from the airport to the hotel. We were within walking distance of some major landmarks such as the Reichstag Building and Brandenburg Gate. Amazing restaurants all around and a handy mini supermarket just round the corner or a Lidl if you walk slightly further up. The hotel itself was beautiful, spotlessly clean, very quiet and beautiful with comfy beds and clean bathroom. The receptionists all spoke good English for which we were very grateful. I would absolutely some here again!

We picked this hotel more or less randomly, but it turned out to be an excellent pick for a couple exploring the less touristy parts of city. The rooms are spotless even if tiny, the service was very friendly and best of all the hotel is very close to Kreuzberg and public transport to other places.

Hotel is quite OK, clean NH quality.
Mrs Mandy Kauna outstanding!

We've been staying here for 3 nights, came for a trade show. Rooms are clean, etc, no issues.

But what made our stay much nicer is the service that Mrs Kauna provided. Every single morning very, very friendly (not fake overfriendly, but indeed it seems it is her real personality). She really cares for the guests, helps with drinks, explains the new pancake machine, absolutely pleasant staff and easy to talk to. She seems to really enjoy her job and is a natural when dealing with customers.

This made "the average NH" benchmark just so much better! The right people make an average hotel brand so much better and therefore deserve 5 stars.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience. We would definitely return and would recommend. The location is very convenient by short bus ride from hbf. It is central enough to easily get around and only a short walk to the u bahn station. The room was basic but nice and clean, lacking in some amenities, but they could be easily booked the app, I booked an iron and board asking they be bought up in the morning as my child was sleeping but they appeared 10 minutes later ???? luckily without issue! I feel 4 star is pushing it a bit, I would say it’s more 3, the bathroom was lovely. Our room was barrierefrei so we had a big shower too. A bed was provided free of charge for my child. The staff friendly and efficient and quick to serve.

Very nice hotel. The staff is friendly, Rooms are clean and have nice furniture. There is good space for luggage too! The breakfast is nice with a variety of things to eat. The U-Bahn station is nearby and the distance to the city center is quite short. From the U-Bahn station you can get a train straight to KaDeWe mall and The mall of Berlin is within a walking distance from the hotel.

Very nice hotel, placed in the middle of the city. Close to metro station. Clean and nice room. Friendly stuff. Reach and tasty breakfast.

Hotel is located in calm area. Good coffee place near by and places to get food. Easy to get to more central area by metro or uber. Hotel itself was quite good.
