Very nice hotel located close to Potsdamer Platz (10min by foot). Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out. Breakfast is served until 10am and has a good variety of choices. They also have a restaurant and a bar.

What an awesome hotel!

You can’t ever go wrong with a Crowne Plaza, but this one was really great! The staff was awesome, always ready to help.

The room was very modern, nicely decorated and I loved the combination of the tub and a big rain shower.
On a hot day it was great to come to a nice chilled room.
The gym and small wellness area were also a great addition.

The location is perfect, close to Mall of Berlin and also close to several S-bahn, U-bahn and bus stops.

We will definitely be back next time we are in Berlin!

Booked having never visited here before, and the reception was great the room perfect, soft beds extra duvets as requested prior for the Princess, lovely shower with both fixed and hand held shower heads, all the soaps shampoos body conditioners etc etc. Tea and coffee making facilities via standard kettle, mini fridge for your own drinks milk etc. Plenty of sockets tables chairs, blackout curtains and a good sized personal safe.
Superb breakfast with buffet hot, cold breads, chesses, meats, fruit and chef cooking the eggs etc, how you like.
So simply perfect at a reasonable price too.

Pros:
* Good sound isolation. I didn't hear noise from the hallway or the neightbour closing door
* Laminate floor
* Has all amenities. Including sandal and body lotion
* Spacious shower area and water doesn't splash out
* Friendly staff

Cons:
* Central a/c system. The cooling system works but still a bit too warm some time.
* Curtain doesn't block all the lights from outside. The a/c switch also emits light all the time.

Fully enjoyed my 2-night stay at this hotel. Attentive, friendly service and a spacious room with a comfortable bed and rain head walk-in shower and bath made for a brilliant experience. Location is convenient, within walking distance of Brandenburg Gate and other major attractions, and a 5-minute walk to Anhalter Bahnhof S-Bahn. Highly recommend.

Firstly i'd like to mention the check in - I think this was by Michael(?) Yorck - apologies if i've got the name a bit wrong.

Probably the best check in i've had at an IHG hotel in the last five years to be honest. He added on breakfast to my stay free of charge (which i really wasn't expecting) we already had a good reward point rate for our stay so i was really happy to have breakfast thrown in, he also took the time to explain the sites in Berlin to myself and my partner in perfect English - he took out a map and pointed out all the tourist areas, it was our first time visiting Berlin (for my partners birthday) and this really got the stay off to a good start, i'm really grateful for the extra effort taken here as it made us both feel very welcome in the hotel and in Berlin in general.

Really brilliant, above and beyond for effort and we will definitely come back to Berlin one day, thank you for a great stay, great hotel and facilities.

I've put 4 stars for room and comfort as the bath water never got warm so we couldn't use the bath but this didn't really bother us as we just used the shower instead.

We also found Berlin a very welcoming and clean city for tourists, easy to get around on the S and U bahns, much better for tourists than Paris and we loved very much the German food and beer - really great stay thank you.

i was unusually tired this trip and i was falling asleep early and sleep quality was excellent. There was no noise coming from outside or the neighbors. mineral water supplied in the room was very tasty. buffet breakfast was excellent, very comfortable seating and good quality food.
