My room was very clean and Neat! Looks like a brand new one. The location is great as it's walking distance from the most well known point of attraction of Berlin. Price is moderate and excellent for tourist who's seeking place to spend the night.

I have mistakenly booked a room and was too expensive and small, old with no AC and hot like a Sauna while 3km far Form this hotel I could have had for the half the price a very big and modern room with AC and a double French bed, so I do not recommend it

Friendly staff (receptionist even ran up the stairs to the 4th floor to help us get luggage out of elevator), quiet room facing backyard, clean newly renovated room, within walking distance from checkpoint charlie and potsdamer platz.

If you want the best hotel you've ever stayed at, this is not the hotel for you, and that's the way it should be. If you want a comfortable bed in a clean room with a good breakfast to start your days, this hotel will provide that. I stayed here for 3 days and I have nothing to complain about.

The hotel is clean, rooms are both cozy and elegant. Even if we stayed in a room with window on the road it was incredibly silent. Although it is located in Kreuzberg, one of the areas of Berlin known to be full of nightlife, the hotel itself is far from commercial streets with shop, restaurants and bars -- it's up to you to decide if this is a positive or negative fact.
One last tip: just outside of the hotel you can find a piece of the old wall of Berlin.

Helpful staff. Thanks yesterday for coming to my room with a needle and thread so that I could sow my button back on my dress.

Addition, called today and asked what to do about my left feet that I suddenly couldn't walk on, asked for crutches or something else, where to find help etc and the hotel just said they don't know and they have to "work now" then they hung up.

Good location walking distance to mostly of attractions, friendly atmosphere, clean and good standard , 5 min wolk to underground, shop. 50 min from airport "shonefield " 1 change zone ABC 3,40€.
