The staff is really unfriendly, they don't even say "good morning" or "hello" even though you say it. The beds are way too hard for my liking. It was ok for one night. We had the breakfast that costed 10€ per person and it was okay.

BOOK HERE IF THE ONLY MATTER IS THE LOCATION ON THE EAST SIDE.
IT DOSENT WORTH THE PRICE.

Likes: THE LOCATION IS ONE STOP FROM THE CENTRAL STATION.
BREAKFAST IS OK AND HAS LOCAL ITEMS BUT IS VERY LIMITED.
THE STAFF ARE KIND BUT NOT WELL TRAINED TO HELP ENOUGH.

Dislikes: THE HOTEL IS LOCATED ON THE 4TH AND 5TH FLOORS OF AN OLD BUILDING AND TO ENTER THE HOTEL YOU SHOULD PASS BIG TRASH BINS.
THERE ARE NOT MUCH FACILITIES LIKE A FRIDGE, HOTEL SHAMPOO AND SLIPPERS AS A STANDARD HOTEL.

Complete dump. WiFi is a potato. Rooms feel like an abandon YMCA. Location ok but there isn’t even a bed lamp and there is a 4cm gap between the hall door and the floor. We can hear everything and smell smoke.

Lovely place !!
I took a single room, it was big enough, even for a whole family. Everything is clean, tidy, cozy.
The hotel staff are really nice, and take care of problems when needed (I had a bit of a cold in the room even though there was a radiator, so I got another one in a few minutes).
The hotel is in a great location! The main train station is only a 10-minute walk away, and there is a grocery store outside the hotel that is open almost most of the day. Buses, metro, subway, everything around the hotel. Also restaurants, bars, street shops, museums.
I highly recommend to anyone coming to Berlin, to stay at this hotel.
Enjoy! ????

Basically, you get what you pay for. Room was nice and clean and cleaner came by when I was gone ocasionally to clean the room. However, the shower was quite mediocre, and instead of shampoo there was only an (empty) soap dispenser for you to use. Breakfast was decent especially for the price but they only accept cash payment for it, make sure to have change on you

Location is great. Walking distance to the train station and city center.
Terrace also very beautiful.

As I booked it, it said I would be able to cancel the booking for the next 3 days. My partner, I wanted to share the apartment with, got covid, so I cancled on the 2 days later and they said I was unable to cancel my booking and would have to pay the full cancelation fee consisting of the full booking price, so I didn't get a cent back. (When I tried to cancel it, it said I would've been able to cancel it 2 days before I even booked the apartment).
