First of all, we stayed in the hotel opposite and would recommend booking before you go (online) because ticket queues can get long.

The museum itself though is beautiful, with some brilliant exhibitions. It doesn’t take too long to go around but there are lots of things to see. The fossils and dinosaurs were very intriguing and the taxidermy section was brilliant to bring across the science aspect of evolution.

Would highly recommend a visit here - there is a shop, cafe and toilet facilities too so a family could easily spend a day here.

Very good museum, only 15 € family ticket.
Dinosaur skeletons, increased in many sizes insects, you can see how they really look like. Interesting for adults snd kids! Our son was thrilled)))

This museum offers wide range of topic from geology to astronomy and biology. It has many collections of natural world.
at the entry the bones of the dinosaurs would catch your attention. Then you will go into the of world physics then animals, minerals.
You need to book the tickets online with a time slot. I would appreciate if the description could all be translated into English.

While very interesting and houses a variety of exhibitions on our world and the creatures living in it (both past and present), the facility itself has no AC, and when the different rooms get crowded you can really feel it.
My kids loved the giant dinosaurs' skeletons, the preservation chambers and the rock collection - the lack of interactive exhibits made the experience somewhat superficial.
Even so, we spent the better part of three hours on the premises, and would recommend for anyone that comes on days that are not that hot....

Great museum with amazing exhibitions, you get to see and experience all the creatures that used to live on planet Earth. The dinosaurs exhibition is obviously the main attraction.

Friendly recommendation to improve your museum. Please add more English in your exhibitions, its trully lacking in that department.

Lovely museum. Interesting thematic division of what is displayed. There is a lot of diversity which interested us (we are biologists and geologists). The preservation section was impressive. The "system earth" section very informative. The museum has great educational value also for kids. There is also a big mineral/stone section showing all sorts of earth's treasures.

three stars is as generous as I can be- it's alright, but no more than that. very few exhibitions are in English, there are no audio guides available, the security is incredibly rude, many bits are not suitable for small kids (I would have greatly appreciated a warning before sending my kid into a room full of dead animals in glasses), lots of items are out of order or not accessible and the entire order doesn't really make sense either. I expected more from Berlin's museum of natural history.
