Stayed here for two nights in July. The hotel is quite small and unpretentious, but it’s very comfortable and the staff are lovely. Our room was fairly small and simple, but the bed was supremely comfortable, the bathroom was well equipped and the room had a powerful fan that kept us cool.
Breakfast was excellent, with delicious coffee and a wide selection of meats, cheeses, pastries and other foods.
The location is very good for visiting the centre of Berlin- everything is within walking distance for anyone who doesn’t have mobility issues.
Excellent hotel - would happily stay again.

We just stayed here for 5 nights (in August) and had a wonderful time. The hotel is clean, all staff very helpful and welcoming u0026 it’s only a mile walk from most tourist attractions such as the Reichstag building and Brandenburg Gate.

We stayed in a twin room facing the road and although there was noise throughout the night from trams and cars, it wasn’t too bad and easily ignored through closing the windows.

There is a Späti (small convenience store) next door so you can purchase drinks, snacks, toiletries, etc. there which is ideal.

Overall I would recommend this hotel for location, value for money u0026 the fact the staff were so friendly.

I rented a room for 4 nights, payed for all. Because of a cancelled flight I arrived 1 day later. It appeared that my reservation was canceled for all booked days, the receptionist was rude and told that there are no free rooms left. Didn’t return the money.

Don’t stay there, in case of any problems they will just throw you on the street.

Together with my team, we visited Berlin for a business trip - we had 6 rooms booked and only 2 of them had AC working while it was 30+ degrees outside. The reception was not willing to help, they just said there is nothing they can do about it (they also were not willing to replace rooms).

The worst experience in my entire life. AC doesn’t work, here is like 30 C, dirty room full of hairs. Receptionist doesn’t want to help because they are saying they are security and I need to wait till morning. This hotel is a joke

Nice place, good location near transit station u0026 main train station. Tolerable price, good room and sight from window, but room could be bigger
