Food was okay but nothing special, the price was too high for what it was, toilet is downstairs and a lot of stairs so not really wheelchair friendly or child friendly as the whole downstair was very cold, you needed a jacket. Friendly staff.

Lasagna looks much better than tastes, I didn't enjoy the food but atmosphere is really nice there.

I enjoyed this experience. The place is quiet and service is waiting for you to enter in order to serve. Since the place is small it’s also easy for them to spot you should you need them. As for the food, I had lasagna. Cheesy, fresh and tasty, I loved the flavor. However, I felt it was lacking. Perhaps a bit more meat, maybe veggies, are in order.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I order takeaway from Ristorante Porta Nova, thinking a 4 star rating is quite good for a restaurant.

The pizza arrived completely cold, burned and with no cheese on half the pizza. You can see in the photo I included the burned part where it has no cheese. And I paid 13,50eur for this pizza.

After waiting 40 mins for delivery, I ended up having to order food from another restaurant as this was not edible.

Please rethink this place to eat or order takeaway!

Nice food. The pizza is big, It is possible for 2 to eat nicely. Also, tried the Tiramisu. Although It is not like the one we know, It was a great desert.

If you want to get not what you order and then get correct food in broken plate with not fresh dirty on it. And after all instead apologizes get “you can go to the neighbor restaurant”. Than you should choose this place
