Great rates and a very friendly professional staff. Convenient location right around the corner from the Friedrichstraße station. No fees on exchanges over 200€. Exchanged 300 usd, and received 255€ +\- change (April 4, 2019). 85% compared to the roughly 75% i got at Tegel Airport when I arrived here. Also....free candy.

Absolutely disgusting. Ridiculously high fees and poor exchange rate. I exchanged $100 AUD and in return only received €53.50. Poor exchange rate topped with a €4.00 fee. Will never visit again and would encourage everyone to stay away.

After having checked out the concurrence personally including Ria, it has to be said that this place has the best currency exchange in Berlin and a proper customer service.m to remark. Highly recommended!

I went to exchange euro to Czk and got the best exchange rate I found here so far.
(Other exchange offices charge a fee and you’ll get less money..)

Pretty decent rates for the area (USD). Make sure you exchange more than 200 eur to get rid of the service fee.

Fast service, authentic rate. Google was showing
euro to chf 1.13 I got 1.10 I think it's fair and more transparent one.
