Decent place, cheap and friendly service with good food. There are a large number of pasta options, as well as lasagne and pizza, so no shortage of choice. The only issue was that some staff members were rude and seemed angry with customers.

We used to visit Vapiano a lot... Since the experience was getting worst(the food quality is up and down, chefs keep forgetting stuff..) we haven't visit for a while, today we tried again. And well, I guess the chef had a bad day, he was a bit aggressive, smashing ingredients like he hates his job so much, and during cooking, he started to open an envelope behind him and read his personal paper mail... He didn't even wash his hand and just continuing cooking...
And yet the noodle was very salty...:(.
One thing was weird is that we came for the summer menu, which chanterelles is the main feature. But the chef told us they don't have all the summer menu today, just don't. It was Saturday evening...
Vapiano's noodle itself is always very tasty, but the whole experience is again disappointing. The old vapiano has to wait 30-40 minutes to get the food, but it's at least worth it, now you don't need to wait but get this kind of bad gastronomic experience.. I hope they change soon.

The pizza is always quite good, the salats are big enough for the price and the pasta or risotto is also nice.

This Vapiano in special has a very nice and open area to relax and have a coffee. Unfortunately the place to order food is a little bit to small and is separated by a corner. The smell and steam of the kitchen are everywhere.

Overall the price for what you get is fair, especially when considering the area around this location

Let me describe you what's going to happen: if you like to order a pasta you would probably waste your time standing 1 hour in line, so you probably give up after 15 minutes and order pizza instead, like I did.
So I had ordered pizza very quickly and was shocked that it took them 40 long minutes to deliver an unattractive pizza that every italian person would be deeply ashamed of.
I asked the staff to cancel the order and they were extremely rude but did cancel it after all.
Final words, I must thank Vapiano that made me run away as fast as I can from thier resturant and have an amazing steak in Block House!

Pasta (carbonara) was good yet I had better in Rome. Pizza (pesto con spinaci) wasn’t so good. Preparation of Pizza took more than twice time regarding to pasta. Additionally, tables are quite huge so you enjoy your meal in wide area, sometimes with other peoples.

The food is good but I don't like the process of having to queue around with your tray etc. It makes difficult to eat at the same time as your friends.

I usually go to this branch of vapiano time to time because it is close to my work ! The quality is ok but not good!

Today I had a salad(Old and addled vegetables )!!!! This salad was the worst one that I’ve had !
