In the evening my eyes were burning really badly, but after a few hours the pain went away and I could actually see really well. The next day there is another examination to check whether everything is starting to heal well. The first two weeks I had very dry eyes and they got tired very quickly. But got better over time. Now after 2 months I need eye drops every now and then. But I'm definitely much more sensitive to glare. Driving in the dark has become more exhausting. But I've read that this often only gets better months afterwards. So let's see ...

The upper section has more to do with LASIK in general than with Optical Express. I would recommend everyone to thoroughly inform themselves about LASIK, ideally from neutral sources.

Ich hatte meine LASIK OP vor etwa genau zwei Monaten. Die erste Beratung war etwa einen Monat früher. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und auch die Hygienemaßnahmen wegen COVID wurden gut eingehalten. Beim ersten Gespräch wurden diverse Messungen gemacht. Die Ergebnisse wurden aber eher oberflächlich erklärt und es füllte sich auch bisschen zu sehr nach einem Verkaufsgespräch an.

Eine Woche danach gab es dann eine zusätliche Untersuchung beim Chirurgen wo man gut über alle Risiken aufgeklärt wird.

Am OP Tag wurde mir erklärt wie die Nachsorge geht (3 verschiedene Augentropfen, 4x täglich für eine Woche). Die OP ging dann eigentlich ganz schnell. Man merkt, dass es alles sehr Routine ist.

Am Abend brennten meine Augen schon recht heftig, aber nach einigen Stunden ging der Schmerz wieder weg und ich konnte eigentlich schon super sehen. Gleich am nächsten Tag gibt es nochmals eine Untersuchung um zu überprüfen ob alles sich gut anfängt zu heilen. Die ersten zwei Wochen hatte ich schon sehr trockene Augen und sie wurden auch sehr schnell müde. Wurde aber mit der Zeit besser. Jetzt nach 2 Monaten brauche ich ab und zu mal Augentropfen. Ich bin aber definitv deutlich blendeempfindlicher. Autofahren im dunkeln ist schon anstrengender geworden. Ich hab aber gelesen, dass dies oft erst Monate danach besser wird. Also mal schauen...

Der obere Abschnitt hat mehr mit LASIK generell zu tun als mit Optical Express. Ich würde jedem Empfehlen sich Gründlich über LASIK zu informieren, ideallerweise von neutralen Quellen.

Ich würde Optical Express weiterempfehlen. Ich wurde gut betreut und war auch mit dem Preis zufrieden.
