We dropped in for a lunch here without much of scouting beforehand. We had Pork Schnitzel and Fried Chicken. Both meals were well prepared and tasty. Price level, however was a bit high given the quality and service. Would have easily been four stars with another price level.

Good lunch and very good German food (pics of recommended dishes). Staff is friendly and fluent in English. Restaurant also is good in helping homeless by giving away food at the end of the day. Recommended.

Super well located restaurant! Impossible not to go by at least once when visiting Berlin!
It is a bit expensive but so are the other places in Berlin! We really enjoyed the food and the staff were also very cordial!
We didn’t reserve a table before but had no trouble eating there.

First official spot that we ate at in Berlin, and it was worth it. The food options were great, and the staff was excellent and super nice. I ordered the classic club sandwich (plenty of meat and vegetables, and the right amount of sauce), and it was delicious. Will find it hard to order that kind of sandwich anywhere else.

It even started to rain and one of the waiters had us wait as he grabbed a spare umbrella for us to have and use. Super great place, highly recommend!

Atmosphere of a classic restaurant from the past. Careful service. large portions. What we ate was delicious and all in all worth the experience

Brilliant service here u0026 the cream tea was a wonderful treat. Apple strudel was the best I’d tried on my trip. Great portions and friendly staff
