The store is unique because you know and use Nivea but have never come across its store. This is a flagship store.

Unfortunately, everything is 3 times the price you usually get outside. So its only good to visit and browse but not purchase anything.

Besides very wide range of Nivea items, the loveliest option is to take a picture to make an original Nivea can! We really enjoyed it and are happy to have our own Nivea with a special memorial pic in Berlin. Not only for Nivea fans but also for whom you want this special item!

It is an amazing outlet run by Nivea itself. Central location, few yards away from Brandenburg gate. Staff is so helpful and friendly I shall not forget. A wider product variety for all kind of customer segments. Prices are reasonably good blended with top class service. Strongly recommended.

Fun place! You can put your photo on a tin of nivea cream and it will cost about 5€. You can also get lots of package deals, like a basket of women’s, men’s, or household products. Some even come with things like slippers, candles, a basket, or a heart shaped Nivea tin!

The staff was so helpful and the prices, especially for the bundles, were very inexpensive. Unique small souvenirs to bring home too. Glad I came across it.

I have chosen a small sunscreen on the shelf. At the cash desk there was a same one in a promo pack with hand creme - great idea guys, I have replaced my choice with a promo one:) that what was the goal, right? Then a stange thing happened.. Probably a lady at the cash desk was super unhappy that I left my first choice on the desk (was I supposed to run back to the shop end corner to return it?).
So, we were already talking in English she started to say how much I should pay with a really good English accent (!) and then switched to German saying same numbers. When I asked her in English why she did that (and she again understood my question), she replied in German that in Germany we should speak German and she doesn't know any English. Very rude and not expected from a front line branded shop in the city center!
