Latte could be a bit stronger. Cheesecake was good. I thought I had purchased a coffee + cake offer but apparently not as I needed to pay full price.

A few days ago they had misunderstood my order and gave me the wrong size of drink so I had taken it back and nicely asked if they could change it. The attitude of some of the staff members was really bad and I was really surprised as I had never had a problem in any other Costa. He had also charged me with the price of a medium sized drink when I wanted the small and refused to give me the money back for the difference. Not only that he had made a nasty comment to another staff member about me in German thinking I wouldn’t understand but I did.

Good coffee, horrible service. The man who seemed to be in charge this morning was more concerned with arguing with customers than helping them and was incredibly rude. I was so excited to find a Costa in Berlin, deeply disappointed to be treated like a fool by the staff when I asked them to change a drink order because the server had misunderstood my original order. The guy eventually changed the drink but didn't refund the money for the more expensive drink they'd charged me for.

I had one of their Frappuccino-like coffees and it was disgusting. I was ready to accept that it was not sweet, but then I realized it was artificially thickened to the point that it was like drinking gooey, iced water with a bit of milk coffee flavor.
