I think there’s a reason why this Deanu0026David has the lower review among all other branches. Most of time I got my rice warm in the bowl but only this time I had cold one. I don’t know what is the standard. Maybe the rice is supposed to be cold but I was just lucky before in other branches. The matcha latte is very normal. (Close to bad because it tastes also cold but it’s supposed to be a warm drink right?) I feel a bit sorry that I had to leave comment like this cause I can feel the staffs there are friendly and trying to make their best effort. It’s very busy shop as it’s in central station so you can imagine it can be chaotic sometimes. I can’t give 5 stars because of the low food quality but I will still give 4 stars just kudos to the employees there. Keep it up yo ????

I grabbed a quick lunch here earlier today on my way to the airport.

Just for the records, I should have used German instead of English. Ordered a 'cup of tea' (I said 'cuppa tea' as we do in England), but this must have confused the poor staff at the till. I got a cappuccino in the end with the following response, 'sorry we don't have "cuppa tea" here'. She must have been thinking something like 'kuppatie'!

Paid 12€ for a mediocre vegan salad, which has three big black hairs in it so far! Great job guys, simply disgusting and not worth your money.

Thank you to the gentleman preparing food at this location: always fast, friendly and helpful (dark hair and tattoo on the arm).
Best healthy fast food option at Berlin hbf.

This restaurant has very nice food options which is different then other all places available in the Central railway station. Food is fresh, good, tasty and hygienic. They also have vegetarian options which is also taste good and healthy. However I have given three rating due to my bad experience with person on cash counter.I gave €50 to guy for a bill of €11.95 and he paid me back rest of money with torn €20. When I checked and asked him that you have paid me TORN Euro 20 he said, are you sure. It was shocking as my hands were full and I didn’t get chance to keep my money back and I was still in queue and waiting for my food. Otherwise all was good. Be careful is my advice to anyone. I have uploaded few photos of this place with menu and what I had.

I came here shortly before closing. Although they were almost out of produce, Zige, the manager, went out of his way, to make sure my requests were met. Good food, and an outstanding service experience!

i was there today with my friend .we were before that in the train and then we felt hungry so we went there and the surprise was that they serve delicious healthy food like no other restaurant, in 2 minutes my food was ready . ❤️
